Toasts of homemade foie gras in its seasonal recipe, my version of the ensalada malgueña with Red argentinians King shrimps on a bed of mandarina, orange, beetroot and potatoes, the Grilled goat cheese salad, cereal bread, granny smith apple, bacon, honey or Burgundy poached egg in wine sauce, onions, bacon and button mushrooms are perfect to tickle the appetite. The Tournedos Rossini, the Red tuna tataki (raw inside), Granny apple soufflé, sauce with sesame, beer and soya, the Toast with zucchini, fresh cheese, vegetal cream with smoked oil, parmesan, yolk, or Red Risotto with beetroot, Roquefort,preserved lemon and mint tuile, the Milk-fed Veal Sweetbreads or Iberian pork tenderloin, Pata negra cured ham and artichokes in two-ways, our Beef Tartar or Duck breast, plums, apples, hazelnuts and thin french fries, are one of the many main ways in which you will be conquered. Recipies with fresh ingredients in dishes that stand out not only for their intense flavor but also by their refined appearance.
Each month a different menu of specialties from a French region: August and September are the month of Provence : Pan bagna : Soft olive oil bread with garlic and basil dressing, tomato, green pepper, tuna, hard boiled egg, black olives, or the Ratatouille of Nice with poached egg ; the Milk-fed veal rib eye (550 gr.) with provençal herbs, fresh green beans rolled in bacon or a Bouillabaisse : the famous fish soup of Marseille, with saffron and orange ; as for desserts the very traditional Pie of sugared swiss chard, apple, pine nuts and rhum, and a lavender and lemony verbena ice cream tray.
And a special mention to our creative homemade pastries. End your meal with a Dessert tray, including a Puff pastry with cream, Lemon pie, with strawberry puree and basil cream, or the classical Tarte Tatin, Chocolate mousse.

It was in 1985, when Radio Turismo launched this initiative with a unique philosophy, the commitment to give the recognition they deserve to the professionals, chefs and restaurants who live by and for the gastronomy, without having to take place in the guides of high standing. The prizes are awarded each year by different Spanish territories. Their election passes through an executive formed by the Chamberlains (Heads of each province) and the commanders (responsible for each community). The formers select establishments that are nominally priced and then pass on to the commanders, who secretly test the nominees, and finally meet the central leadership presided over by its general manager, MAITO. A meeting from which the winners finally emerge.
