DISCOVER OUR TASTY HOMEMADE French cooking. La Brujhada restaurant is a gastronomic reference in the historic center of Málaga, offering classical dishes as well as creative cooking. Located at meters from the Picasso Museum, you will be delighted by its original flavory french cooking. Homemade author cooking, one of- if not- the best terrace in the most historical street of Málaga. A safe place to eat well and make each moment a special time.

We cook to welcome as well vegetarians and coeliacs, deserving truly delicious recipies.

Toasts of foie gras in its seasonal recipe, King shrimps, leeks and artichokes fondue, lemon and lime dressing, the Grilled goat cheese salad, cereal bread, granny smith apple, bacon, honey or Burgundy poached egg in wine sauce, onions, bacon and button mushrooms are perfect to tickle the appetite. The Tournedos Rossini, the Sea breem tartar, citrics, beetroot, lime, dill and squid ink tile, the Vegetarian filled cabbage, vegetables, pine nuts and quinoa, gratinated with Emmental grated cheese, or Red tuna tataki (raw inside), 2 sesame crust, granny apple, celery, preserved lemon, the Milk-fed Veal Sweetbreads or Iberian pork tenderloin, artichokes, asparragus, and crunchy nuts fruits tuile, our Beef Tartar or Duck breast, apples, raspberry and cranberry sauce, are one of the many main ways in which you will be conquered. Recipies with fresh ingredients in dishes that stand out not only for their intense flavor but also by their refined appearance. Each month a different menu of specialties from a French region: july and august is the month of Provence : Ratatouille of Nice with its vegetables cooked separatly, or the traditional Pan Bagnat (olive soft bread with olive oil-garlic- basil, vegetables, tuna and hard boiled egg); an incredible Milk-fed Veal Rib eye or the Red Mullets (from Fuengirola) on tomato bread with anchovies creamas mains ; for desserts we suggest a tradictional Swiss chard, apple and rhum pie or our homemade Lavender and lemony verbena frozen cream

And a special mention to our creative homemade pastries. End your meal with a Dessert tray, including homemade Macarron or Lemon pie, with strawberry puree and basil cream, or the classical Tarte Tatin or Chocolate mousse.
